Interaction Design

This course explores how people engage with systems, from small moments of feedback to complete journeys. You will learn how to create interfaces and experiences that feel intuitive, usable, and human-centered.

What You’ll Learn
  1. Interaction and communication between readers and systems
  2. Affordances and signifiers that guide behaviour
  3. Navigation patterns and structures
  4. Choice architecture for decision-making
  5. Microinteractions that enhance usability
Why This Matters

Interaction design shapes how people experience systems every day. By understanding how humans perceive, behave and communicate, we can design systems that are functional, engaging and easy to use.
